Do you grow your own coffee? Fresh roasted??
May favorite day to day coffee shop. Price is compliant with quality and service is always fast. Excellent place to study or have a coffee talk with someone else. Employees are nice and helpful.
MoreWas here yesterday and had the nicest experience. The Coffee Garden community is a good looking, friendly, educated lot. Food & beverage beyond reproach. Favorite coffee shop by far, yesterday. 😀
MoreGreat Cold brew. Good service. Wish they had Apple Pay.
A hidden gem! Not your ordinary coffee joint. The BEST quiche in the valley. I have tried some of the other delicious baked items and have not been disappointed. The place is always busy despite spacious inside and out seating. Grab a table and then hurry and get in line. The service is fast and friendly. Although I live 20 miles away, I always try to get to this place as often as I can.
MoreThe food and pastries here are great and the selection is fairly large. No complaints other than the WiFi not being great.
MoreLove this place, super cute environment and chill atmosphere, laid back, staff is nice, but don't piss em off (they really are nice people)! Their Pastries are the best! The Bostock, Sticky buns and Cinnamon rolls ( more like a churro donut ) are my favorite, but get there early because they go fast!
MoreThis place is always packed with students & friends hanging out. In the summer people bring their dogs & sit outside. Music can be loud sometimes, but not very distracting to me. Their bakery variety is amazing & all sweets they offer are very tasty. Their coffee is great and they have other hot & cold drinks to select from. Do not be surprised if you go & don’t find a seat available specially inside.
MoreThe best coffee shop you could ask for! A great study and hangout spot with awesome baristas and really nice music and decorations to fit the vibe.
MoreA decades-long favorite coffeehouse. It is known by virtually everybody in the area. If by chance you're not familiar with the coffee garden, I highly recommend to visit. It's sister shop is called cahoots with access through the coffee garden. between the two you'll have a wonderful experience.
MoreBest chai out of any of the coffee shops I've been to in town. It's a great place to be.
MoreSolid little place with prices that aren’t unreasonable. Comfortable environment, nice staff, and dog treats. I can’t ask for much more from a coffee spot.
MoreBeautiful cafe. Love all the seating and the options for single and group tables. Great ambiance and even better coffee. Can't go wrong with Caffe Ibis! We also tried the Rose and Pistachio macaroons and they were delightful. We found plenty of parking both in front and back. Will for sure be back!
MoreI love this place is so comfortable they have really nice costumer service! I recommend this place a 100%
MoreSuperb ambience for studying, light socializing. Outdoor seating in warm weather.
MoreI would recommend to not go here on a Saturday morning at 10 am. It's so busy that there were no free seats. Some guy took pity on us and let us share his table. But beyond that, the coffee was excellent and the banana bread was on par with my mother's recipe. Really, there's nothing wrong with the atmosphere (it's actually wonderful when it's not quite so crowded and it's warm enough to sit outside). My only warning to people is to either not stay there during rush hours and to instead come when it's a little quieter, then it's a 5 star experience. Also learned that a latte with lavender and cinnamon syrup is surprisingly good.
MoreQuality drink and sweets! I love the atmosphere here and that they often feature local artists.
MoreLove this place. Best selection of teas, great ambiance, and some of the kindest staff! Also, great location for bumming around the 9th and 9th area of Salt Lake!
MoreMy favorite coffee place of all the time. So far in Utah. I love the peppermint mocha and their pastries. Great service too. Great for coffee date, doing homework or assignment.
MoreFriendly staff and prompt service. Bacon and onions quiche was delicious with a side roll. Busy little coffee shop with a great selection of pastries and coffee Very clean bathroom
MoreReally cool coffee shop in sugarhouse. Don't expect to find any seating on weekends as it's usually really packed. Lots of people on their laptops doing their school work and other things. So there's a lot of squatters here. Get the coffee to go and go for a walk around sugar house. during the summer they have outdoor seating which helps with the seating situation.
MoreGood coffee and yummy snacks. Staff is very friendly. Seating is hard to find unless you don’t mind sharing
MoreGreat place to study, work or socialize. Classical music always playing and great coffee
MoreLocals enjoy the coffee from this place and although I don't drink coffee I agree with them. I personally love to visit this place for their delicious quiche, eclair and macaroons!!
MoreGreat atmosphere, very friendly staff, only classical music - a great place to work!
MoreAwesome trendy place. Staff is fast and very helpful. I loved it
Always a serene place. Nice coffee! Nice quiche! Good times!
This place is the best, no doubts. My friend used to work here not sure she still does but if so it's me Tre from BK late nights. Miss ya
MoreI can not live without this place. Best and most loving coffee house of them all. 💜💙💚❤️🧡
MoreWinderful experience! Pastries were fresh, coffee was delicious! Vibe was contemporary ;) loved it!
MoreI’ve been coming here for at least 15 years and this place still makes the best lattes in the whole valley. If I could give 15/5 stars I would. Their pastries are always fresh and everything is reasonably priced. The blueberry peach scones are my absolute favorite!! 😊
MoreOk coffee, nothing special. Variety of food and deserts. Again, decent quality, but nothing special. Place is always crowded. Loud too.
MoreI have never had a quiche before but everyone said it was great, and I'm pleased to announce they are right. I'm excited to come here again and try more items! They have a very broad selection of teas and pastries so this definitely gets a win from me.
MoreI go every weekend to have a cup of coffee and a delicious scone. Price and atmosphere is great, staff if friendly and i always have a great experience. Highly recommend
MoreWe love the Garden my husband and I been be going for years always friendly faces and effecient... Love love love....
MoreAtmospheric and friendly. Delicious coffee and turnovers. Wish I lived closer!
Quality drinks, attractive decor, terrific staffFrom the ingredients to the preparation, anything you order to drink here is going to be quality. The coffee is good the chai is good. The employees are friendly and capable. The paintings rotate and consistently add to the atmosphere in addition to the usual decorations. I particularly like the chalk drawings on the menu that are replaced frequently. The seats are of good quality and comfortable. The only flaw with this place is that it is a victim of its own success. Sometimes the lines are long and it is hard to find a seat. But the clientele is pretty consistently friendly and I would not recommend shying away from sitting at the communal table. This is an iconic location in the 9th and 9th area for a good reason. Maybe it didn't really slay the Starbucks across the street, but you'd be crazy not to cross the street to go here instead.
MoreReally nice place. Different from other coffee shops. They play classical music and everyone seems nice
MoreWicked chill spot with extremely modestly priced coffee. Also have tea and pastry offerings. Definitely worth checking out.
MoreExcellent choice of delicious treats, sandwiches and salads. Their coffee outranks all others in taste quality and price with clean ambiance great place to meet or work. Excellent selection of fare market coffees and teas from local distributors.
MoreGreat place to study, I liked the cheesecake and latte but it was on the pricey side from my usual places. I liked the atmosphere and music though and there was a good amount of seating when I went
MoreSeriously. Why would you get coffee anywhere else? The Coffee Garden is an SLC institution. The owners are amazing and the staff are genuinely good people.
MoreAbsolutely love this place for coffee and to chill! Good prices, please make sure to tip.BEST COFFEE IN TOWN. my opinion 😊Staff is amazing, so polite. Atmosphere is very well thought out, it's cozy and welcoming. Absolutely recommend this cute coffee shop!
MoreGreat coffee! Great service.
I loved Coffee Garden before. But all the precautions they have taken recently make me love them even more.
MoreLove this place every time I roll into SLC. I find it’s tough to find a good coffee shop in Utah so this is a rare find. Honestly most of the time I bring my own coffee, grinder and aeropress. There is much more specialty coffee in the SLC area but if you get outside of that you may as well count on your caffeine withdrawal starting. This time I bought a short Americano. The beans in the hopper were nice and free of oil which is a great side of not over roasting. One of the other hoppers was oily on the other hand, I’m not sure what they used that dark roast for but the non-oily was used for the espresso. The snickerdoodle was great. Fast service. Nice people. Check it out.
MoreLovely vibe, rarely a place to sit inside (cause so many love it) and they serve the best coffee ever--Caffe Ibis. The staff is also super friendly and the building inside is GORGEOUS. I love to visit here!! Dogs have to be leashed on the patio and no pets are allowed inside. There are tables as well as seating for people working/studying alone. They're environmentally aware, which I really appreciate, and it's so relaxing to sit and drink outside. :)
MoreSo far the best coffee place I have been to in the SLC area. Great coffee, soothing ambience (esp. music), and friendly staff. On top of that, the pastry collection (my fav. is chocolate croissant) is fantastic.
MoreLike every place else in Salt Lake City it ain't great. But it is coffee.
First of all, the atmosphere is amazing. Secondly and probably more importantly, they roast Ibis beans.. which is not only locally source, but some of the best coffee beans you get in town. And as a bonus, some of the best pricing for a cup of latte around the area.
MoreI would love to give this a higher rating. The service is great the coffee is great. But there is often nowhere to sit. So obviously they are popular but if you want somewhere quiet or somewhere that you can focus this is not the place to go to. But if you're able to find a seat and meet with people it would be a great place to be. Coffee is well done.
